Using a plastic film in a hive

I met such advice in the literature and on the Internet: “Cover the planks that are placed on the frame with plastic wrap.” What do you think of it? Would it hurt the winter? Have you tried doing this? What bothers me is that the bees breathe, and polyethylene does not allow oxygen and carbon dioxide to pass through. And will the humidity increase to a dangerous value?

This is all right, polyethylene is a wonderful material, but does not allow air to pass through. And bees are living things. Its use in the hive is not permissible; in the hive, air exchange also takes place in winter, through cracks, in summer it is still permissible to use, and this is limited. The film also has a greenhouse effect and promotes debate and evaporation, if I were you, I would refrain from using it.
